Phone: 390 Operations is able to respond to phone calls of the agency if needed through Voice over IP (VoIP) settings. 390 Operations will only provide administrative support by answering phone calls only when phone. 390 Operations staff also will use the phone for notification purposes when large number of clients need to be informed.
Email Answering: 390 Operations will monitor email activities and provide virtual administrative support by responding to standard emails or by sending notifications and reminders through emails.
Calendar Management: 390 Operations will manage The clients calendars including appointment management, or notifications management, or deadline reminder management.
Task Prioritization and Management: 390 Operations will provide task prioritization and task tracking and management activities.
