Form Review: 390 Operations reviews the employee or contractor in-take forms and ensures that all information is correctly filled and the forms are complete. Reviews include reviewing signatures and dates.

Reference Check: 390 Operations can perform reference checks on behalf of the client by contacting the references listed in the application and asking appropriate questions. Contact can be made by calls, emails, or fax.

Background Verification: 390 Operations can review the background check results and ensure that the background check results comply with state and Medicaid requirements.

License and Certification Verification: 390 Operations can contact the issuer of Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) certifications, or Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) licenses and verify their accuracy and authenticity.

Data Entry: 390 Operations will perform data entry of caregivers by inputting their name, address, and etc. into the appropriate payroll systems such as QuickBooksOnline, or setup Direct Deposit accounts via Bank of America.
